Description
Wu Shin is the name of my mother and it has the meaning of  ''the like''.
In the 50's,parents from the agricultural society only desired that their  children 
 could grow up healthy. 

100% of pure pineapples are used as stuffing. Picked from Dashu,Kaohsiung,the No.3 special 
 breed has a rich natural aroma. After cooking 100kg of pineapples under strict quality control,
a mere 25kg are left. The stuffing has fine fiber with a golden color.
The Taiwanese flour has no additives at all and the salty and fragrant egg yolk brings out the festival
 delicacy. The egg yolk is baked,mashed and kneaded into the dough.
